Deathadder v3 not working

Hello All.Yesterday a friend of mine gifted me a deathadder v3. When i get home i plugged it in and it worked flawlessly for around 10 minutes. After 10 minutes an update for synapse 3 to 4 popped up and i approved it to be installed. After 30 sec my mouse went offline as expected and installation of synapse 4 completed. By the way i am using windows 11 and i have never installed any synapse software before because i didnt have any razer devices before. After the installation of synapse completed i restarted the computer and when i log in mouse still wasnt working. Also my usb ports doesnt see it anymore when i plugged it in. I search internet for a few hours and find a way that my usb recognize it but in bootloader mode. I pressed left scroll and right button for 10 sec, after that i plugged it in and release all button after 4-5 seconds. I thought i can update the firmware in this mode but firmware update exe doesnt see my mouse. Can you help me please?

    I had the same issue! Got a new one on vinted still in sealed box. Worked fine when I plugged it in, went to set it up on synapse. It asked me to restart. When I started it killed the mouse and now it no longer works on my pc nor the 2 other computers I’ve tested.

     

    Faint light in the sensor but the pc does register it as plugged in, curser doesn’t work. It’s like the mouse is completely dead but it worked perfectly fine before restarting my pc like synaps requested. It hasn’t worked for 2 days, I’ve tried everything. And the seller won’t give me a refund nor Razer due to me not being the original buyer. 60€ down the drain…

     

    let me know if you or anyone else knows a fix for this issue, or if anyone can atleast tell me what killed it??? My only idea is the fact it was plugged in meanwhile I restarted and maybe it somehow revived too much power and therefor it short circuited..?
