Hello, I recently bought my Deathadder, and I'm having trouble connecting to my PC, Dell G15. The mouse won't connect and the error "device not compatible with AWCC 6" appears. I contacted DELL and they told me that the problem is with the mouse and not the PC.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, what OS build are you currently using? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
