Deathadder v3 pro doesn't turn on when cable is unplugged

Hello,

Title says it all, when mouse is plugged in to PC via usb it works, but when I unplug it it won’t work with a dongle because it’s turned off and I can’t turn it on. Dongle seems to be working since I am getting the sound when it’s plugged in. Firmware on both is up to date. Tried everything, mouse just won’t turn on when it’s wireless.

You mean that mouse is completely dead when you’re trying to turn it on?

Synapse is showing battery level properly?

Yes it is 100% charged

Completely dead, no diode is flashing, I remember in the past there was at least white diode flashing on idle but now nothing happens

But mouse still not working when unplugged, it seems like an issue with a mouse rather than a dongle

It may be or still the dongle, despite it’s properly visible in windows device manager.

If you have valid warranty - RMA it.

I think warranty should be still there since I bought it on September 2023. In August 2024 I already had RMA with not working scroll so now I don’t have a receipt, but all informations on it are there in the system so I suppose it shouldn’t be needed anymore. It is so frustrating...
