All of sudden my dongle wont connect or be found on my pc. I tried things like re install apps, hard reset my mouse etc. I know its the dongle because my mouse works when i plug it with a usb c cable to my pc. As far as i see, there is no fix for this and the dongle is broken, or is there a fix?
its a shame. Paid a lot for this mouse, and the main feature is broken….

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test the mouse on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
