Hi!! I have been using deathadder v3 pro with my macbook for 6 months only and I lost the dongle which i use to connect wirelessly with my mac, my roommate got it mixed with trash and threw it away :(. Before I could have looked for it the building managemet has already cleared out the garbage bins and send it away.
Is there replacement avaliable for this model if so how much does it cost and is it avaliable in any physical store since I want to avoid shipping charges?

HI, i did try submitting a case but when i enter my serial number it says
“Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support. If you have a RazerCare Protection plan, willing to pay a repair fee (for laptops only), or feel this is an error, please make the appropriate selection. Proof of purchase is required if you do not have a RazerCare Protection plan. We recommend posting your questions to our Razer Insider where you may get your answer faster.”
