My Deathadder v3 pro’s wireless dongle is not detected by Windows anymore. I’ve tried every single port. I’ve also tried using a different computer.
I had followed other recommendations on this forum to try and re-install the firmware, but the firmware installer also could not detect it.
I’m in need of your help because I believe the warranty has expired. (I’m not entirely sure about the date of purchase as it was purchased in-store and I’ve thrown away the receipt ages back)

I’m here to help. I understand you’re experiencing an issue with the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro wireless dongle not being detected by Windows or another computer. To resolved the issue, please perform the troubleshooting below:
1. Make sure your mouse is fully charged.
2. Make sure wireless mode is ON or the mouse is switched to the correct wireless mode.
3. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
4. Please try to update your device firmware and download the pairing utility in this here.
5. Try reinstall your mouse drivers
