hello. i have razer Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro once i tried to plug dongle in my mac mouse worked for a short time then stopped working i plugged back to my pc and dongle doesnt work anymore. mouse with wire is working but cant dongle get to workin and not connecting to my pc.

Hi there,
Does your PC’s device manager still detect your mouse’s dongle? You can reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
