Today when I turn on the PC, my mouse stopped working. I noticed that no matter what I did the mouse would not connect to the 2.4 ghz dongle. I tried reinstalling the software and deleting drivers but nothing has worked so far.
I tried with the cable to the PC and it doesn't work.
I've also seen that it doesn't charge anymore.

We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Does any lighting indicator work? Also, when and where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
