Hello, I purchased a Hyperpolling wireless dongle to use with my DeathAdder V3 Pro Faker Edition. I was able to update the firmware and was using the mouse just fine when suddenly the dongle started to disconnect and reconnect several times a minute at different intervals. The mouse works just fine when connected with the original dongle that came with it and also in wired mode so I believe the dongle is the issue. Some people have said to do a clean install of synapse, which I did multiple times, but that did not solve the issue. Some have reported that my system may not be able to handle the higher polling rates which may cause the USB bus to become unstable, resulting in the dongle disconnecting, but I am having this issue regardless of what polling rate is currently set. I have also tried multiple USB ports and 2 different computers and the issue still persists. The only other thing I can think of is either the dongle is defective or the USB-C cable that comes with the DeathAdder is not strong enough. Any thoughts on other things I can do would be greatly appreciated.

As a follow up, I have tried other mice at higher polling rates to see if my system could handle 8khz and they worked perfectly fine with no issues. This is my second DeathAdder to have this problem and I can’t find a solution anywhere. Thanks
