Deathadder V3 Pro Hyperpolling Firmware Won't Update | Razer Insider

I just received my Deathadder V3 Pro that comes with the 8k Hyperpolling adapter.  The first thing I did was install Synapse and then I checked the Razer website for firmware updates.  I do see a very recent firmware update for the mouse so I downloaded it and attempted to update my mouse.  My mouse is not detected by the firmware update utility.  I have tried choosing both the left option, for updating the dongle and the mouse, and the right option, for updating just the mouse.  I have tried plugging the mouse in directly, switching USB cables, switching USB ports, plugging only the wireless dongle in (using a Logitech to control the PC), removing drivers from device manager, reinstalling Synapse, and finally another PC (Win 10).  I also tried downloading the firmware updater for just the Hyperpolling dongle but it does not detect the dongle either.  I have not had any problems with Logitech or Glorious software detecting mice and doing firmware updates.  Can someone please assist?

 

The mouse is otherwise detected fine by the PC and the Synapse software and works with no issues.  I would still like to be able to update the firmware to take advantage of new features and bug fixes.

 

I have exactly the same problem. Word for word. Also looking for a solution

The firmware updater is only for the classic base, not for the smooth touch edition.

This is strange, because the model that is listed on my own mouse is RZ01-0463. For that model there is a update available. 

I bought the bundle that came with the mouse and the hyperspeed dongle. So now you are telling us there isnt a update for the bundle, but the mouse is exactly the same model as the base model? This is confusing.

IMO a disrespectful answer!
I am trying to update Razer DeathAdderV3Pro from 1.01.01 to 2.01.01
I tried everything, but it keeps failing.

 


Same problem update  won't start at all had it for 4 months now
