I got a Black Deathadder v3 pro with the hyperpolling dongle from a friend, and I tried connecting it to my PC and it won’t work. The Hyperpolling dongle can’t detect the mouse no matter what I try and always says device not detected. I thought maybe it could be a firmware update thing, so I tried using the updater on the Razer website but the updater also couldn’t detect the mouse. The updater could detect the dongle and I have a faker edition deathadder (my old mouse with a broken scroll wheel) and the Hyperpolling dongle can detect it and so can the mouse updater. I can use it (the new black Dav3) wired though and it appears on the synapse. Has anyone else dealt with this?
