I bought a razer deathadder v3 pro around 3 weeks ago, and a week ago synapse 4 started to send me the "Low battery warning" message when my device is not even close to being at 30% let alone 0%. It sent it at 97%, 89%, 84%, 74% and so on. I have tried to factory reset my mouse yet the message still appears. Would like to get some help on that matter. Thanks.

Hey there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
