Hi, I'm having issues charging my Deathadder, works when plugged in via cable but still shows 0 percent charge in synapse after several hours.
I dont use this mouse frequently as it's for when I'm travelling
Also I have recently done a firmware update to the dongle and mouse itself and still the same results

Just for isolation, can you try charging your mouse on another computer to see if the issue continues? If it does, try charging it with another cable to test if the issue persists. Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue.
