Deathadder v3 PRO not connecting to dongle

Deathadder v3 Pro is not connecting to dongle all of a sudden.  USB port works fine. Mouse works fine when connected to random charging cable.

  1. Ensure your mouse is fully charged.
  2. Check that the wireless mode is turned on and set to the correct mode.
  3. Make sure your Windows system is up to date.
  4. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and ensure there is a clear line of sight between the mouse and the dongle.
  5. Update your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro firmware here.
  6. Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse.
