My deathadder v3 pro was 80% last night and today it was showing 0% at synapse. If i remove dongle and cable from mouse and turn mouse on/off manually i can see the light is green witch means mouse is fully charged. Mouse works fine with cable attached but as soon as i remove cable synapse tells me battery is too low and mouse shuts down. I have uninstalled synapse and deleted all the files from my computer also tried new firmware and driver updates but nothing seems to work. I can quarantee mouse is perfectly fine but this synapse app makes my mouse think its low battery or something. Its also stuck at 0% on the app.
