Before it was working fine, i also use my DeathAdderV3 pro on my Dell work laptop. However, just yesterday, it wouldn’t work whenever I plug it back in my PC through the supplied USB Dongle Adapter but it works fine if I plug it in on the other USB A ports in my PC.
The reason why it bothers me is because I know there are times and I’ve also experienced it (while playing FPS games) wherein the USB A ports in the PC/MOBO will interfere with the wireless signal.
Can someone help how can I make the dongle work again when plugged in to the adapter? I tried the pairing tool and updating tool to no avail.

If you continue to experience the issue with your USB Type A to Tyoe C cable, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable trouble shooting steps that might address the issue with the adapter.
