My pc hasn’t been able to detect the wireless dongle on my Deathadder V3 Pro recently. I have done the usual checks, trying different USB ports and reinstalling several things and updating firmware and nothing has worked so far. The mouse works only in wired mode, so I think it’s an issue with the dongle as it isn’t even being recognized as a device when plugged in.
Not sure what to do - do I need a new dongle?

We’re definitely leaning toward a dongle defect right here. Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? If it does, then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
