Hi,
My Razer only works when connected via cable... it simply stopped working with the dongle after about a year and a half of use. I tried simple things that were available on Reddit and even on the Razer Insider support, but without success, including on another PC, and it doesn't work there either.
Can someone help me? I would be very grateful.
