My dongle is not being detected by my PC; I’ve tried all USB ports on my desktop and laptop but it is not appearing on device manager. Last week it was disconnecting by itself while being plugged in. Is there anywhere to get a replacement one? It’s been out of stock on the Razer store. Mouse is still working while wired.
Side question: I have an old Razer Basilisk Ultimate Wireless hyperspeed with it’s dongle. Is there any way of flashing it with the DAv3 pro firmware?
