So long story short i got the mouse like 6 months go and the scroll wheel is bouncing. I tried all the solutions given by razer and after that I submitted a ticket to claim my warranty. The question I have is how does the warranty work? Do I have to send the mouse back to get a working one? If so, what do I use in the time between, a spare one or something? Thanks!

Depends on the case… if bought directly from Razer.com, then they’ll send you a replacement, after you’ll cut the cord of your faulty mouse / cut the serial number sticker etc.
