Hello,
My DA V3 Wired keeps disconnecting from PC constantly. From what I see many other people are facing the same problem, still I tried to find the problem updating the firmware, razer synapse, testing in other USB ports and even a different PC, nothing solves and the mouse is literally unusable at this point.
So my question is, how can I contact Razer Support directly to possibly RMA the mouse? I’ve been searching in the website and can’t find any form of contact surprisingly.
