I have been using the DeathAdder V3 wired for about two years. Around five months ago, it started disconnecting and reconnecting occasionally. At that time, it was still bearable, but now the issue has become much worse — the mouse disconnects almost every time I move or lift it, making it nearly unusable.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you test your mouse on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
