So it is in the title. Sudden problem after 14 months.
Even if you lift for 1 second for even 1-2 cm.
It removes mouse cursor from screen and device from mouse list in device manager.
I tried different USB ports. - (it’s same regardless)
I tried firmware. - (nor 1.01.00 neither 1.02.00 do nothing)
I tried Synapse 3 and 4. - (Mouse detected there in both but still disconnected like said above)
I tried changing mouse lift of distance in app - (it’s not that, mouse is disconnecting completely)
I tried full cleanup of software and registry.
I tried system recovery point to get back to “stable” drivers (and nothing)

What can I do to keep it connected all the time?
