My new Razer deathadder v3 wired mouse disconnects when lifted from my desk, I've tried every usb port in my pc and there is no possibility that it could have been damaged as the problems were immediate and I bought it off of amazon in new condition. Is this fixable or should I just return it and get a new one?

I’m here to help. When you say it disconnects, do you mean it doesn't show up in the device manager? Have you tried using different ports on your computer? You can try to adjust the mouse lift of distance by following the stepshere. Let me know how it goes.
