Just picked up my first wireless mouse and I’m concerned there may be an issue with it. Randomly whether the mouse it stationary or moving the connection quality indicator will go from green to yellow and stay there for 2 - 30 seconds usually and then go back to green. My mouse it about a foot away from the receiver on a wood desk there is no reason to have any wireless connection issues. I’m just wondering if this is normal behavior or if something maybe be wrong with my mouse as its brand new. When actually using the mouse I haven’t noticed it becomes laggy or anything like that.

Hello there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
