So, basically, after a few weeks of use, the mouse’s dongle has stopped working properly, not showing any lights and not pairing with the mouse. The USB ports and cable are just fine, as Windows recognize the port and the mouse works when plugging in the cable. Guess I have a malfunction with the dongle?

Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
