Roughly 2 nights ago I unplugged my dongle so I could charge my mouse, as it was on low battery. I allowed it to get to 100% then when I plugged the dongle back in it showed no signs of life at all. The mouse works perfectly fine when It is connected via cable and is registered on synapse. But as soon as the dongle is connected it comes up as device is in sleep mode, turned off, or needs to be connected via 2.4 GHz. I have tried every fix to the issue I could find online and nothing has worked. Here is what I have tried:

Disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle to different USB ports

Holding the power button for 10+ seconds and nothing

Testing the dongle on another PC (Nothing)

Restarting the system multiple times

Reinstalling USB and mouse drivers

Uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse software

Using the mouse pairing utility
Any and all help would be appreciated with this as I will continue to use it wired for now but Wireless is much more preferred. Thank you In advance for the support.
