Deathadder v4 Pro Stuck on 100% Battery Level in Synapse

Hey there,

tried reset, deinstalled drivers from the device manager, reinstalled synapse - firmware is 1.21.

 

Battery level still stuck at 100 percent.

But anything else happens? How the battery last from fully charged, till the mouse die?

This might be either software issue (Synapse) or some HW issue with the battery.

for like 5 days nothing happened - the battery level was stuck at 100 percent even when the mouse was turned on all time.

 

today suddenly my battery level moved to 99% - and i am wondering why. my theory is that the battery has a maximum level that exceeds 100% (like 120%) but only 100% can be displayed. else the part in the synapse software reading the  mouse hardware information to display the battery indicator ist not working proper and therefor  displaying a wrong number...

when i charged it last week - it was the first time, i left the cord plugged in for several hours, cause i was not at home - before, i was working on the computer and removed it as the battery level reached 100%.

just sharing my experience - maybe that helps other users and the developers of the software.
