My mouse won't connect to Chroma Studio. I've tried everything I've seen online and nothing works. Maybe the mouse isn't compatible with Chroma? But that would surprise me, given how much it costs. I need help, please.

DeathAdder V4 Pro won't connect to Chroma Studio.
I also have a brand new Deathadder V4 Pro, which is recognised by synapse but will not appear in Chroma. I have wiped all Razer software from my computer and done a fresh install, still no luck. Everything functions correctly except the lighting. Can we get some help please?
FYI, after some research, Deathadder V4 Pro does NOT have RGB capabilities. Hence why it cant be seen by Chroma.
