Hi there! I just purchased this keyboard and I'm stuck on a problem. The short version, the keys above the touchpad don't function. Now I have read through these forums and have seen things like the API is old, etc. However I am not experiencing the issues that were listed under a forum search. Now the software installed fine. I can change everything in Synapse. I can download apps, change the touchpad background, reassign keys, change the colors, everything lights up even the 3 finger swipe works fine to change the apps. It's just whenever I touch them, nothing happens. I think I am understanding that the functionality of the apps to the screen isn't going to be working any time soon. I'm cool with that. I just want to reassign the keys to things. But seeing as though when I touch them, nothing happens at all I'm kinda stuck here and tired of searching. So any help would be appreciated.
