My Deathstalker v2 started having lighting issues. First, the X key is either dim or shows the wrong color as I cycle through using fn-ctrl-2. When the other keys are white, X is blue. Yellow and green completely dim X.
The other issue is if I dim all of the keys, the / and right ctrl keys do not dim. Instead they show white -- even if the keyboard is on a static setting of another color like green.
I’ve tried factory resetting using Synapse. I tried using the little button next to the usb c. I tried directly connecting via usb and connecting using the dongle.
