Hi, 

Problem

  • I have been using the keyboard for a couple of months.
  • Didn’t change anything that I know of.
  • This morning I came to the PC and about half the keyboard was lit, even though the PC wasn’t on.
  • Booted PC and all the chroma lights went off. 
  • Since then the keyboard has remained dark/no lights
  • Using the any key will spam the input for about 50 key strikes

What I’ve tried

  • I have unplugged/replugged it
  • I have use a different cable 
  • I have connected it to another PC that is was also working on last week, same issue
  • I have uninstalled Synapse
  • I have cleaned the drivers using this tool: DriverCleanup_21062021
  • I would update the firmware but there isn’t any for this keyboard, only the Pro version and I’m not sure about compatibility

Can you please check if the issue you're experiencing with your keyboard is happening while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? If so, please PM me the serial number of your device so I can look into it and provide the best resolution. All the best!
