I left my DSV2 on charge overnight and when I came to use it, the bluetooth no longer works (on any of the three connected devices). Bluetooth settings just show it connecting and dropping, before eventually showing “not connected”.
I have updated the firmware and reset the keyboard, but nothing seems to be working.
How can this be fixed?
All other bluetooth devices are connecting without issue.

Understand that your Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro isn’t connecting via Bluetooth. Allow me to ask a few questions to isolate the issue. Have you tried removing the keyboard from the Bluetooth settings on the devices and reconnecting it? Are you trying to connect exclusively via Bluetooth, or are you also testing the HyperSpeed Wireless (2.4 GHz) connection? Have you attempted using the Type-C wired connection? Does the keyboard function normally in that mode? When using Bluetooth, do you see the keyboard listed among available devices, or does it not appear at all?
