I have a Deathadder V2 Pro and Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL. The dongle of the latter doesn't work anymore. When I plug it: it's connected, then disconnected, connected, disconnected and so forth. I already used other USB-ports, but the same thing happens repeatedly.
I can use the DA dongle for both mouse and keyboard, but I can't update the firmware of the DS without the original dongle working properly. Can you please help me with this issue.
Long story short… The only way to update the firmware of a Razer product is by using the original dongle. After a (very very long) interaction with Razer Support they send me a new dongle. Mission accomplished; case closed.
