DeathStalker V2 PRO : Issues | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hello,

Perhaps this is a simple misunderstanding from me, but for now, I'm very disappointed with my DeathStalker V2 Pro.

It seems all the profile settings I do in Synapse are not being saved to the on-board memory of the keyboard.

When I shut down Synapse, it all goes back to the default profile...

When I shut down my computer, the keyboard will also go back to the default profile and won't shut down at all, resulting in the battery to be fully drained through the night.

If not, I still have to recharge it everyday.

I've attached screenshot of my settings in Synapse for the keyboard.

The keyboard is connected wirelessly using the 2.4Ghz mode and dongle of my DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse with hyperspeed multi device pairing.

I don't feel I should have to turn off the keyboard systematicaly when I don't use my computer...

Neither it is something normal for a peripheral at this price tag. It should be flawless.

Am I doing something wrong ?

Is this a know bug ?

Is there an update / a new firmware coming ?

If no solution is found or coming, I'm afraid I'll send it back.

Please, can you help ?

Thank you

@FuuKa1988 lighting profiles cannot be stored in the onboard memory. Whenever the Synapse application will be closed, the RGB effects of your keyboard will revert to default. Nevertheless, the power saving mode should be activated when your keyboard is on idle for a certain time and will go to sleep to save its battery. It's best if you PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and raise your concern to the Engineering Team.
