deathstalker v2 pro major issues

Recently bought a barely used deathstalker V2 pro (ebay). Keyboard shows no signs of use. Clean, no spilled drinks or anything on it. The key inputs work fine. Howver, the rgb lighting as well as the lights for the caps lock, scroll lock and num lock are basically useless. When plugged in VIA usb (as I dont need the wireless), it immediately flashes the RGB wave across the entire board once (thus I know the lights DO work). However, when it reaches the end of that wave, the escape, left control, and right delete key stay red. The rest of the board is blank. Nothing on Synapes, chroma, etc work. Windows dynamic lighting off. Drivers updated. Ive tried bluetooth, wireless, and wired. All yield the same result. And this is on top of not knowing if caps lock is on or off. Very frustrated as I have just ourchased this and love everything other than these major dysfunctions. Please advise. Thank you
