Deathstalker V2 Pro nit responding

I bought my Death stalker V2 pro a few months ago. Everything worked perfectly and I quite enjoyed the product.

But today out of the nowhere it stopped responding, the RGB is still working and I can still change the Lights by using the Fn button weirdly but everything else isn't working, The letters, numbers, shift, caps locked, windows key... nothing is working. 

First I thought I was in the demo mode but I wasn't (note that I could change from modes without any problems)

So it seems like it registered the input but just doesn't wants to work. 

I don't know if it is a software issue because I am locked out of my pc because I can't type my password…

Thank you for sharing and this is definitely not a normal behavior.  For starters, try this firmware updater. If that didn’t work, please send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro so we can provide some workarounds to resolve the problem.
