Hello all,
I was hoping I could get an answer to my situation if able. I recently purchased my deathstalker v2 pro last month and was eager to be able to customize it. However, after downloading all the updates and uninstalling Synapse 3 a few time my keyboard still does not show up as connected or paired (my Govee lights are, and I don't know how that happened haha). Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I'm also not extremely tech savvy so I could have possibly missed something. Thank you again in advance for all the help!

Try replugging it into different USB port, and see if it's synced (be sure it's at least USB 3.0 or above, directly into motherboard, avoiding any USB hubs or ports on PC case). If it's still not working try clean reinstalling Synapse:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
That may be my problem right there. I only have a Surface Pro X as my main computer at the moment. I'm upgrading to my first gaming desktop soon. I will try to uninstall it and reinstall it to see if that works and if not, I guess I will have to wait. Thank you for your response @FiszPL!
