I just received a brand new keyboard- but when i plug it in via USB the keyboard sends random keys and then enters an endless reset cycle. I cannot update the firmware because the keyboard resets before the firmware updater can detect it. Is there a way to hard reset the keyboard, or flash the firmware some other way? Or is it a known defect and do I have to send it back?

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard or another USB port. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
