Deathstalker V2 Pro TK lighting issues

I'm experiencing an issue with my Deathstalker V2 Pro TK, where the K key either appears in the wrong color or fails to light up at all. Additionally, some of my keys, such as the 8, i, and shift, are lighter colors than they are set to. This is a new problem that just started up this morning. If anyone could help me out with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm here to assist you! When did the issue begin? Were there any changes made to your system or keyboard prior to this problem? To help isolate the problem, please follow the steps in this link. You can also refer to the troubleshooting checklist below:

1. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
2. Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.
3. Get the latest Windows update.
4. Update the Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL firmware.
5. Test if the issue happens with other color configuration.
6. Reset your keyboard's Razer Synapse profile.

7. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

8. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
9. Check if the issue happens using a different Razer ID.
10. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
