Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL bluetooth has gone cracy

I have a big problem with my Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL.
The bluetooth has gone crazy. Only the slow blinking appears, and when it syncs with a device, the blinking doesn't stop, and it only works momentarily. After a while, or changing modes or devices, it stops pairing.
It happened to me in firmware version 1.6, and upgrading to 1.7 did not fix it.
In wired mode and 2.4gh it works perfectly.

I have tested on several devices, turning bluetooth off and on, and it always presents the same behavior

It seems like you’ve done all the necessary workarounds and we’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for some options.
