Deathstalker v2 pro tkl bluetooth mode not working

One day BT mode just gone. Saw a few posts in a similar manner. Anything I can do aside from firmware update and reset (done it already 10 times)?

Hello thisIsnotNam,

I understand that your Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro Tenkeyless is no longer working in Bluetooth mode. To help narrow down whether this is a pairing issue, a device-specific issue, or a possible hardware problem, I have a few questions:

  • What happens when you switch to BT mode? Does the keyboard show any light activity, enter pairing mode, or not respond at all?
  • Did the issue start after a firmware update, system update, or after pairing with a new device?
  • Have you tested the keyboard via Bluetooth on another device?
  • Have you removed the old Bluetooth pairing and tried pairing it again from scratch?
  • Do wired mode and 2.4 GHz mode still work normally?

Please also try the following:

  1. Pair the keyboard with another Bluetooth-enabled device such as a PC, laptop, tablet, or phone. This helps confirm whether the issue is with the keyboard or the original host device.
  2. Remove the keyboard from your device’s Bluetooth list, then try pairing it again.
  3. Check the battery level and test again after a full charge, since low battery can sometimes affect wireless features.
