Deathstalker v2 pro tkl connection issue

Hi everyone, my Desthstalker often won't connect to the dongle. I tried updating the firmware, but the keyboard isn't detected by the official Firmware Updater on two different PCs, even though it works perfectly for typing via cable. I've already tried several solutions, including Bootloader Mode (Esc+Caps) and uninstalling hidden apps/drivers. Do you have any other suggestions, or is it the dongle itself that's broken? Thanks.

    Hello DarkAnima87,

    Since the Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro Tenkeyless works over cable but not reliably through the dongle, and the firmware updater doesn’t detect it, have you already tried using the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility to re-pair the keyboard? If not, please try that first and let me know the result. Also, does the dongle still appear in Device Manager when the issue happens, and is the connection failure constant or intermittent? Please follow the steps from this support page to update your device firmware and Razer USB Hyperspeed Dongle Utility. I hope this helps!
