DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL – Onboard Memory Failures

Profiles dragged directly into the 5 Onboard Memory slots in Synapse are not remembered by the keyboard. When Synapse is closed it reverts to factory settings (Spectrum Cycling RGB and default layout). Switching slots via fn + menu does not restore saved profiles

Might be a Synapse bug. Are you on the latest Synapse version?
Also sometimes clean-reinstall can help in some cases:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
