Defective mouse

I bought my Razer Cobra mouse through Mercado Livre (Brazilian online marketplace) and requested a warranty when I bought it... The mouse malfunctioned, and the seller I bought it from on Mercado Livre told me I have to contact Razer directly to request a replacement... But I can't find the right place to do that on the website.

Thank you for sharing your concern here. You can submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "PC Products," followed by "Peripherals," and finally enter your device's serial number.

 

Also, please prepare your proof of purchase or receipt, as our relevant team will need it to review your device’s warranty details.
