Your support department haven’t been helpful in any way. You guys produce inferior cards and make people go in for over-scratched gift card. Let me add that I do not encounter this sad experience from other gift cards company.
For over 3 weeks since I lodged a complaint, you guys keep on telling me that my complaint is being investigated. This has dragged for too long and as far I am concerned, this isn’t making sense anymore if you guys can’t handle a simple request.
Two codes are missing from my card & restoring the digits to me should nor take over 3 weeks - To me, I feel you guys are stylishly scamming people of their hard earned money. I’ve provided all the images requested and yet I haven’t received a position feedback regarding this.
DO NOT PUSH ME TO THE WALL!!! I can go as far as tarnishing your image for planned fraud and trust me, your company will be shut down. Restore the 2 missing codes and let me be able to use my card. That’s all I demand.
