Hello, I want to delete my account, but I lost access to the 2-step authenticator. I need help; I want to delete my account.

You can permanently delete your account by logging into the Razer ID Account Deletion page. 

Steps to Delete Your Account: 

  • Navigate to the account settings or directly open the Razer ID Account Deletion link.
  • Click Delete Account.
  • Check your verified email inbox or registered phone number for the verification code (OTP) or 2-step authentication prompt.
  • Enter the code to confirm permanent deletion. 


NOTE: Deletion is permanent and removes all cloud settings, profiles, and data stored under your Razer ID.
