deletion of account time line

I made an account, then forgot some time later and logged in with Google accidentally creating a 2nd account. It freaked me out because in doing so it didn't have me create my own ID, it just created one for me and it was weird and i thought i got hacked. I dont think i did, i hope i didnt. Anyways, i tried to add my gmail to my main account but of course, its already being used. So i logged into razer via google and DELETED the account. How long until this is finalized ? I am still unable to change my email and i really want to get everything away from yahoo.
