Hello!
Last night (at around 1:00 am EST) I purchased a DeathAdder V3 Pro from the official Razer website. It took a while after entering my card information to get through the screen that said something along the lines of "Processing. Please don't refresh/close this page".
I left my phone on my desk and came back after 10 minutes and I see the order in my orders page. I check my bank account for any transactions or pending transactions but I don't see any. I thought maybe it'll take a little bit for it to show on my account. I check again after 13 hours and there is still no transaction/pending transaction on the credit card I used to purchase the mouse. I am not sure if something went wrong or if this is normal because this is my first time making a purchase from the official Razer website.
I would like to make sure that the order went through and I am kind of clueless as to how I can contact support/if this is the right way to address my question. It would be appreciated if I could get some clarity on my order (and if I have to re-purchase it due to some kind of website error).
I've included an attachment of what it shows on my 'Orders' page (I blurred out the order #, but I can provide it if required)

Update: This might be because of my bank's transaction cutoff time (Mon-Fri) and I made the purchase on Sunday. Most likely will show up on Monday. Will update.
