Hi all,

I formatted the unit number in my address incorrectly and now FedEx is holding my Razer Blade 15. I've tried reaching out to both FedEx and Razer support and can't seem to make much progress. Is there anyone here that can help me?



TLDR I need help updating my delivery address.
You can only do it via FedEx or Razer, but I'd contact the 1st ones.

Strange - because most in most companies you can edit your address or redirect package to other address via their webportal while delivered.
Contacted both, updated both profiles, called, emailed, filed tickets. FedEx says Razer has to help me, Razer says FedEx has to help me. I wrote my unit number alongside the address number instead of separating it so a unit number was never submitted to FedEx. The package is waiting a few blocks away from me but I'm not authorized to pick it up, or update the address. Ultimately, someone at Razer has to update the address with FedEx but I understand that's annoying to deal with. I've filed a ticket and I suppose all I can do is wait. Hopefully FedEx doesn't send it back!
Haven't bought a laptop since I was 18 starting university. Super excited to get my first Razer Blade. Classy models. I'm DJing a music festival in September and needed something slick to play my set with! I'll just keep practicing while I wait 😛
